This tester works very well but only after you remove the quick connect end from the cap it is mounted on and tape the gas line threaded tape onto the threads and then reinstall it. I also had to disassemble the gauge block and swap out the safety connector with the quick disconnect connector so I could install the block and monitor the pressure through the intake side of the engine. I tested my Prostar with an ISX motor and after 20 minutes at 30psi with no air I only lost about 1psi after the modifications I had to make to the unit.
