The app doesn't recognize the serial number or QR code and becomes useless without the app. I think I'll use a physical key and hope they actually support it in the next update or I'll have to return it. As someone else said, the setup was confusing as there was an option to block with built-in Wi-Fi, which doesn't appear to be the case. I was very disappointed to learn there was a version with built-in Wi-Fi, but that's not the case, although I paid for a voucher and waited for it to be released earlier this year. If I had known there was an option with built-in Wi-Fi like I thought I would have bought it instead. Other than that the lock works as it should and I haven't had any issues with it in that regard.
