Agree with the first review. Easy to install, easy to use, multiple ways of access, great simple apps and controls. The only major downside is the lack of Wi-Fi Bluetooth, which makes it really crazy. I'm a new user of eufy and I love their cameras and now their locks. But without remote access and control, those efforts are lacking. Eufy has incredible customer service. They are very responsive so I know they will listen to us and work on a solution.

The app doesn't recognize the serial number or QR code and becomes useless without the app. I think I'll use a physical key and hope they actually support it in the next update or I'll have to return it. As someone else said, the setup was confusing as there was an option to block with built-in Wi-Fi, which doesn't appear to be the case. Build quality is great! Well built and a good weight. Installation was easy. Not much different than installing your standard lock, except you connect a cable from one end of the device to the other. The smart lock locks and unlocks the door smoothly. Bolt turning noise is minimal; not worried at all. The fingerprint is pretty accurate. Updates September 15th: Got a replacement from Eufy 6 days ago and it was fine. I was just unlucky to be the only reviewer who had bad locks (last time I checked the reviews). Eufy's support has been solid over the past month. They were very helpful and listened to me. That's far more than you would normally expect from customer support.
