The simplicity of using Bruit as well as its customizability for our product development needs really stood out. I cannot think of any downsides at this time or about which we wish it had more. It's been easy to implement into several projects so far. We have realized that what people need most (customer support) also requires good documentation in addition to great customer service and knowledge base articles. Using Bruit makes things very clear - all of these aspects are improved by having such an excellent system behind us. Our biggest challenge has been providing fast turnaround times on issues and requests from users! This helps speed up the process of solving problems and getting new features built faster. The best part of this app is that it can be used by anyone without any technical knowledge or experience in using apps like Survey Monkey etc. It's also very easy to use for both beginners as well as advanced users. I have not found anything bad about this product so far. This is one of my favorite tools which i am currently using to get valuable insights from our end-users. We are collecting data regarding customer satisfaction and usage patterns through surveys.
