Review on Chemical Guys CWS20264 Mudder Fluid_Ounces by Mitch Garrido

Was the soap okay? But the shipping packaging was terrible.

2 reviews: The soap (used in the CG Foam Cannon, full opacity) was no more "lifting" on dirt and grime than other non-wax The Chemical Guys soaps. It still requires the standard cleaning process: rinse/suds/rinse/suds/scrub/rinse/dry. However, it does not appear to have damaged/removed CG Sealer & Butter Wax from body panels like other soaps of this type. I've found that most CG soaps do the same thing +/- and require the process above. When used on really dirty cars/trucks, it doesn't rinse/foam/rinse = clean (if you're cleaning a clean car, of course, why?). The shipping packaging was terrible; The protective plastic caps "broke" during shipping and the soap ran down the inside of the box without damaging the jugs. The outside of the box had minimal damage, just soaked with soap. USPS shipped the box because of a leak in a plastic bag. I would recommend shipping with strong "tin" lids/caps and including cheap protective caps for buyer to install. Or I would recommend adding extra padding to the cheap plastic protective caps to protect them from the typical abuse that all packages receive through USPS, UPS, or other shippers. Spend an additional $0.25 and fix the problem. It has happened before and will happen again in the future. I will not buy or recommend until this is fixed. Simply put, I'm sick of this problem, the mess, and getting less than what I bought (not to mention the excuses!). I'll start buying similar soaps available from local suppliers or auto parts stores that don't remove wax and work well in foam guns.

Cons
