Review on Sinhoon by Michael Santos

Sinhoon is an online store that sells apparel, footwear, and jewelry for men, women, and children of all ages (including baby and baby boy clothes), and I recently chose to give them a try as an avid online shopper. Regrettably, my time spent with Sinhoon was underwhelming. Their website was simple to use, but I was disappointed by the lack of variety in their offerings. The products I got were of poor quality, and that disappointed me as well. The clothes were poorly constructed and didn't appear as good as they did online. Unfortunately, I had to get in touch with their customer support department because of an issue with my order. Regrettably, they responded slowly and were of little assistance once they did. It was frustrating and time-consuming that my problem wasn't fixed for several days. Based on my personal experience, I cannot endorse Sinhoon. Although I found their prices to be fair, I was very disappointed in the quality of both their goods and their customer service. Unfortunately, my standards for quality and service as an online shopper were not met by Sinhoon.
