I bought these mainly to help fit a bunk bed into a converted caravan. We also use them as supports for the supply shelves as well as to hold the 2x4 as a guardrail. They turned out to be very easy to use and durable. I love them and am glad I bought a set of 10. I would give them 5 stars but there are a couple of track extensions that are sturdier than the larger track pieces that these brackets fit into. I found I had to take them off a bit. This is the only reason I gave them 3 stars for 'easy install'. On the standard longer track sections, these mounts slide right in, just as they were designed. Like I said, I love her. The possibilities and uses I find are pretty handy and seem endless.
