An Upsetting and Discouraging Experience with the YASMA Online Store

As the owner of a cat, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to shop at the YASMA online store for their food and watering supplies. Nevertheless, my interactions with the company were less than satisfying. In the first place, the website was difficult to navigate due to its poor arrangement and categories that were not clear. I had a difficult time locating the particular items that I was seeking, and the search tool did not seem to be of much assistance either. In a second point, the overall quality of the products was not very high. The feeding bowls that I bought were of poor quality and broke easily after only a few uses each. I returned them. The water fountain that I purchased was one that made a lot of noise and was difficult to keep clean. In conclusion, when I attempted to contact customer care for assistance with my order, they did not respond and were not of any support to me. I experienced feelings of being ignored as well as frustration due to the lack of assistance. My time spent with YASMA was, on the whole, a waste of time, and I will not be recommending either their products or their services to other people who own pets. Instead, I recommend looking into alternative available choices for dependable and high-quality products for your pet.
