Bought a new turret punch and got a used one. The package was already open when I received it and the entire handle was scratched. There was material in all the holes in the wheel to indicate the product had been used. There is nowhere to contact the seller, only information to contact the manufacturer in case of defects. Strongly disappointed. I actually thought the product I ordered had a blue robin egg handle, but the product that was delivered had a black handle. I will try to contact the manufacturer again but not sure if that will help me. Update: I contacted the manufacturer a week ago and they said they would send me a new stamp but they also said that due to shipping issues they cannot tell me when I will get a new stamp. I will definitely update and change my excellent rating if I get hit.
