Useless. I am so disappointed in this luggage rack and spare wheel holder. With 33" tires. Width less than 10" on aluminum rim. The entire roof rack flexes to touch the roof. I was expecting a roof rack to be able to handle this. I called Surco to find a solution but the Customer service seemed ignorant. When I told them I had a 33" tire they assumed it was the rim diameter and the tire diameter was closer to 70". I was shocked. In an attempt to make this purchase I offered to buy a new cross member and additional adapters to support the tire.The function this product bug is useful for.Then I was told I couldn't buy two 101ft adapters as they only had four sell four of these adapters are over $165 and the bar is $100 they expect me to pay for their product to work as advertised this is bad.
