Review on 🚰 InSinkErator H-Wave-SN Involve Wave Instant Hot Water Dispenser with Stainless Steel Tank - Satin Nickel Finish by Omar Malvo

Let me start by saying this will be the 5th house I have installed a hot water system so I am familiar with the product. I connected the system and immediately there was a leak on the line side (water IN) from the copper pipe in the faucet. I can't twist or change anything there, it flows through the pipe from the inside. I spent 40 minutes speaking to a customer service rep who kept saying how unusual it was to have a leak there. Well, unusual or not, that's where it leaks. Eventually she suggested a new faucet, which is what I initially asked for. I'm not sure if she said I'm out of warranty right now or what. We both listened and still couldn't understand what was going on. She did not accept email to update me on my complaint or delivery. I will be happy to update my review when I get a new working faucet. However, talking to the support team was very difficult. UPDATE: I received the replacement faucet late Friday evening. However, this is wrong! Now I have to wait until Monday morning to contact them again. It is to be hoped!
