Customer service is great when I have a problem or returns. Unfortunately I had to send my work back because it didn't fit so well in our living room. I wish I had another room the size I got. The blind came earlier than expected! Good delivery time, very satisfied. Blind gorgeous. Just kept it without installation and was nice when the sun was shining. I asked for a refund thinking it would be hard for me. The customer service I have worked with has been great! No problem, it is a pleasure to work with this company. In the near future I will definitely buy a shade that I will keep to myself this time. Excellent quality blinds. I would recommend.
