Fits true to size. Jewelry feels high quality. If I run into any problems in the future I will update my review. It's absolutely gorgeous. Everything went easier than I expected. That's more than I was hoping for! It's perfect for my height, ear shape, face structure and aesthetics. I am incredibly happy with this purchase. The weight is pleasant and it is comfortable to wear. ETA: When I first wore it, I recently expanded to my current size. It's obviously healed, but I probably should have waited another week before trying it. I also left them overnight (yes I know I made a stupid decision). The two dots on the exposed part eventually penetrated my skin and cut it open. I couldn't pull them off and had to peel off more skin to get them off. Hot water, coconut oil and pain. I don't blame the jewelry because I returned my other sensors for 2 weeks to heal. Now I have no problem with them and they are more comfortable than any sensors I own. I only suggest acclimating your ears to the shape for shorter periods of time before wearing them for any length of time. Also, DO NOT insert them shortly after stretching to the new size. But I still love, love, love these sensors. My problem was my own fault and I just wanted to share what not to do if you have these sensors!
