If the seller fixes this issue, I am happy to change the stars rating. I needed bigger dresser knobs than I thought. I tried to start the return process, but the free shipping label is invalid. Therefore, the item can not be returned. Please send me a valid barcode. Other than that, the knobs were packaged well. Each knob was covered in a thin layer of foam to prevent scratching & packaged all together in a very small box. I really appreciated that it was packaged efficiently, but not wastefully! The knobs were a good quality & weight. True to the product description. Very beautiful! I would recommend for someone looking to give a piece of furniture or cabinets a more modern look. Very fair pricing. Solid product!
