Review on 🚴 Fizik Performance Bicycle Bar Tape - Soft, Sticky & Timeless Professional Bike Handlebar Tape (2mm, 2.7mm, 3mm) by Mike Barnes

This tape is very thin and has almost no padding. It's a synthetic felt, but it doesn't even dampen vibration. I've been using Cinelli Gel Tape for years and love it (there was nothing quite like Chris King's Matte Mango). In fact, this tape had my hands numb for 15 minutes. The lack of stretch also makes the tape more difficult to apply compared to the Cinelli gel plug, although I did get a good result in the end. PS: There are 3 different versions of this volume. This review is for the Tempo version, not Bondcush. The only use I can think of for this band would be for a lightweight climber with small hands looking for something to hold on to when sweating profusely on hot climbs. IMHO, that's just a really bad excuse for steering wheel tape.
