. I know some of the reviews on this product were written years ago and I've had some complaints about it not closing/opening properly and feeling cheap. The batch I received is not the same at all. They were opened (unpacked) in a plastic bag. , after that it is always easier to try. I like it mainly because of the price. Most other heart-shaped brewery offerings are also less than $11 for just 10 pieces. This is great as I need to order a few units for a party I'm putting together. In general, I am satisfied with both the quality and the price.

Pros

MULTIFUNCTIONAL: The handle of the heart tea infuser is elastic, but not easy to loosen. You just need to open the mesh sleeve with some effort and put the tea in and then pour out. Stainless steel mesh filter fits most cups and mugs and is easy to clean.
