Great for patients having difficulty finding consistent care
I like that this website makes all of my appointments, billing statements etc in one place so there is no confusion or missing information when filling out forms! It's not very user friendly but if you want an organized way then go with it - otherwise try something else!! Definitely use as much help from other dentists who have used them before because they are willing/able too teach others how everything works which can be difficult at times (but worth every second).
Easy access online appointment scheduling; ability add notes about each visit including payment history & past treatment plans made by another dentist prior-to seeing me has saved us time trying different options without success while visiting multiple providers over many years.
- There isn't anything specific we dislike however sometimes their phone system could work better than our current provider for emergency dental calls requiring fast action..and more support staff to answer questions quickly rather wait 5min.maybe call back later option..they say "on hold" forever until caller hangs up...very disorganized service overall..also hard getting patient info transferred onto paper files since nothing gets done unless printed manually first.etc
- Almost everything is ok
