This is an excellent way for dental offices to get new patients. It also allows me to send patients, who have completed their treatment with me, to other dentists in my practice. My favorite part of this software is that you can see all your referrals at once, how many are in progress/completed etc! It's also great because I don't have any complaints about anything yet (except maybe being able download files faster). I like that they have all of my information in one place, which makes scheduling appointments faster! It is very helpful when you don't know who will be seeing your patients next week or what date their appointment was scheduled so this helps with knowing if there are any issues at hand before having an issue arise during service delivery timeframes (ie missed visits). I like that this website makes all of my appointments, billing statements etc in one place so there is no confusion or missing information when filling out forms! It's not very user friendly but if you want an organized way then go with it - otherwise try something else!! Definitely use as much help from other dentists who have used them before because they are willing/able too teach others how everything works which can be difficult at times (but worth every second).
