Review on πŸ”” 1.6 quart Onyx Chantal Enamel on Steel Whistling Teakettle by Meaghan Abosi

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A good kettle is the best thing in the kitchen and dining room

Chosen for Dad. I was looking for something that would (1) be easy to complete; (2) worked on an induction cooker; (3) whistled; (4) was of modest size but not tiny; (5) the grip does not get hot and is not unreliable; and (6) attractive but discreet. Then he crossed his fingers and hoped it wouldn't drip when he poured it. It was a winner by all criteria. And it doesn't drip. The only vague annoyance was that it comes with instructions never to leave water in it; i.e. completely emptied after each use. I think Dad does it and I'm sure it will help him for a long time, but if it were mine I wouldn't do it and if it got broken down by water in it I'd just put up with it.
