Faulty smart fan but finally got it

Installed an electrician. Looks great and once it's on it works. but. As others have said, the app is complete rubbish with no support. You cannot connect. It updates the firmware over and over again. And that's IF I'm lucky it shows up on the wifi - most of the time it doesn't show up to try to connect. It's awful and after reading the reviews online I know it's not just me. Too bad I didn't read them before buying. Too bad because the fan looks pretty slick. Update: I have to connect it! Magical. Now it works great.
