Initially the 3 boxes arrived a week apart so not exactly ideal. However I was able to then find the instructions and put the sofa together. Without the instructions I wasn’t able to know that the "broken piece” was simply a piece used to keep the boxes shape and prevent the actual sofa from being ruined. The sofa is now put together and I absolutely love it. It is actually much bigger than I expected especially with the ottoman. It is pretty low to the ground but that’s what I was hoping for. The material is super soft but easy to dirty. The instructions do tell you how to clean the fabric if it gets Dirty.The product details says 3 boxes are supposed to come I received two. The ottoman and some other parts, with a few broken and no instructions. The ottoman comes almost fully put together. Super comfortable and soft. But everything else is just taking up space. I wrote a message to see what can be done and they just immediately decide for me to return it and I have to pay for shipping. WTF. This wasn’t my fault I paid almost $600 for this piece I should just be sent the missing items and a replacement for the broke item. Now I’m wasting my time before the holidays when all I wanted was a nice couch for my space. Super upset and disappointed.
