Initially the 3 boxes arrived a week apart so not exactly ideal. However I was able to then find the instructions and put the sofa together. Without the instructions I wasn’t able to know that the "broken piece” was simply a piece used to keep the boxes shape and prevent the actual sofa from being ruined. Only had one problem fitting the back into the seat area cause the mesh cut guide holes were slightly off. This was the first couch I've ever purchased and I was attracted to the price and how easy it was to assemble. I read the other reviews noting the firmness of the cushions and lack of support, but still wanted to give it a try. This couch first and for most is very easy to assemble with directions that are easy to read. It is firm, but after some use I am sure it will get more comfy. Also, the storage ottoman is cool and has a system that keeps the lid open when you are looking inside :) Overall, a very good investment. The only thing I wish I would have known was that the back of the couch has gaps between each piece, however, the cushions cover them up and once you have them on you can’t tell :)

One of the boxes was a little beat up and tore, but couch was not damaged. Assembly was very simple and went together quickly. Cushions have reformed completely and seem to be comfortable and not to hard. My only complaint is one leg would screw in properly and had to put leg on in a different way, but the couch still functions and isn't an issue. Some may of found this as a major issue, but since I was able to fix it myself all is good and no problems. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

I wanted something cheap that fits my apartment but also comfortable and able to lounge with lots of room. It definitely can fit a lot of people on it for lounging which is nice, and it’s comfortable but there are some things about this couch that made me take off two stars. We needed a cheap couch that could add extra sitting and be used as a guest bed. It was easy to assemble and comfortable considering the price. The vacuum cushions are way more soft than the ottoman and the two seat piece cushion so be prepared for that. Otherwise, if you’re broke and need something quick this might work for you. Update after having it for over a year! Still going strong. It gets a butt divot in the longer, but I just take the cushion off and beat it back into shape and flip it. I also have to remove and fluff/pummel the back pillows on occasion, but the whole thing still looks good and very comfortable. This couch is not good. I don’t know what crappy couches the good reviews have sat on but it’s not comfortable. This was a bad decision and I really wish I didn’t purchase. The return process is difficult and I don’t recommend. Seriously don’t buy this couch. You will regret it.
