Terrible sharpener, waste of money

I was excited to try this product, but was extremely disappointed with the results. When I tried this product, it BARELY made a difference in the sharpness of my knives... The only pro was that it was hands-free. However, that did not make up for the con of it not being effective in sharpening my knives. It's unfortunate because I was hoping it would be a useful addition to my Home and Kitchen..

Sharpens dull knives quickly and efficiently.

Cons

Requires significant counter space to use.
