As an owner of four solo practices I was looking for something to help organize my time better with keeping track of patients scheduled at each office. It does this perfectly! The customer service has been great too in getting any issue resolved quickly without me having to call into their offices which makes it easy when you are traveling or out running errands. There really isn't anything bad about PTI other than they could make some things easier like adding new clients through your website instead of logging onto the app and going back and forth between two sites but overall we love how organized our schedules have become. We can now easily see who needs what type of care so there's no confusion anymore from needing one doctor over another if someone calls requesting certain services (which happens often).
