Great program that organizes patient appointment times

As an owner of four solo practices I was looking for something to help organize my time better with keeping track of patients scheduled at each office. It does this perfectly! The customer service has been great too in getting any issue resolved quickly without me having to call into their offices which makes it easy when you are traveling or out running errands. There really isn't anything bad about PTI other than they could make some things easier like adding new clients through your website…

Great experience and awesome software

I love how easy it was to use this for my practice! It has everything we need right in one place with great customer service support from their team. There are some minor issues using on mobile devices but those can be easily solved by going into settings or emailing Support Team. Make sure you get all of your questions answered before purchasing - there are many features not included out of the box so make sure to ask about them when buying this product.
