Installation was easy although you will have to replace some hoses and reuse others from your car. In terms of performance, acceleration is increased at low speeds, but above 90mph the car doesn't accelerate as quickly as it used to. Top speed also dropped from 133 mph to around 123 mph, a significant drop from 10 mph. Also, the noise that air intake makes is too loud when you press the gas pedal. In normal driving the noise isn't very loud so you can enjoy the music, but at high revs (6000-8500) it sounds like you have a mythological creature that was born after the elephant and the lion had a baby , and it's right under your hood. . I've been keeping this product for about a month to see how it performs, but I honestly think I'll end up returning the product and just putting in a stock non-resonator airbox (I've had this before and it helps with acceleration and top speed without being loud).
