They are great, they have room for improvement. Overall, these are my favorite spring-loaded plastic boards (I've used two other brands). The hardware included in this kit offers excellent value for money. This type of plastic seems a bit more durable than other brands. (More like ABS, less like PVC). Straight slots make it easy to adjust the distance from the fence. (The bent nut is a real pain because the bolt gets stuck, avoid it). Three disadvantages: #1 Springs are of different lengths. So when you slide through the "short slot" suddenly the board has less resistance and your board tends to accelerate into the router so I can only use them at the exit of the router table if I don't mind when it gets easier. it is not possible to sneak up on the cutting or band saw blade from all sides. You can't put both boards in the same slot close together like you can with other brands. #3 Other brands have the first spring a little shorter, which I use as a measure to set the distance to the fence with a test board, this way I get a reproducible pressure on the fence, by flexing I can make a little more first spring or a little less, whereby a small gap remains. I sanded down the first tip to add this feature.
