They work great and don't require a controller

They work great and don't require a controller. I wish there was documentation for this. The pinout is a bit confusing. From what I've gathered and what seems to be working for me, the two GND pins next to the 5V pin are for the power supply ground, and the GND pin between the R and L signal pins is for the signal ground. Although it could be that one of those two GND pins is for the R signal and the GND between the R and L signals is for the L signal ground, the documentation would have clarified this for me. What I noticed is that it can't be powered from the 5V rail of the RPi or Arduino, otherwise there will be an awkward constant noise in the clock's signal, 480Hz in my case Battery powered, the interference disappeared completely. I haven't tried a voltage regulator to fix this issue and for my purpose the battery is great for power. I would give it 4 stars due to lack of documentation, but this is the only module I've found with a quality ADC that's built into the nRF24L01 and works as a standalone device, so you get an extra star for that.
