Media could not be loaded. Very easy to install for a non-specialist, untrained person. I had no trouble installing the hinge on the door. The instructions were a little confusing when written that way, but after playing with them for a few minutes I was able to figure out what needed to be done to create the tension required to force the door closed. We have a small child who I know will one day open the door and the dog will run away, so it works well for that purpose and slams the door quite carefully so as not to disturb or be dangerous.
