I've been using this knife in the kitchen for about 6 months now and I really enjoy it. It comes with a small blade sharpener with two sides (one for fine and one for coarse grit) which is probably a gimmick but hey I guess that's what I think. The blade and handle materials feel comfortable, and the knife is comfortable to wield and work with. around the cutting board. For someone new to home cooking, this was a solid knife to work with to fine-tune my knife skills before moving on to much more expensive professional kitchen tools. Should last for many more months if I continue to take care of it. Also great for gifts!
