I bought this Netgear 12/16 router. My Samsung Smart TV hasn't received a WiFi signal lately. My laptop and iPad are still receiving a WiFi signal. I can't watch Netflix what I'm doing since I bought this router. Free support has expired and they want to get paid to fix the issue. I refuse to pay them for something I think they should help me with for free. I will buy another router from another company and never buy a Netgear product again! I have an Arris modem and a very nice member of staff spoke to me at length and finally said he thought my wireless router was the problem and I would not be charged for their help!
