Review on 🌽 Cornhole Boards: Aluminum Bi-Metal Hole Saw Edition by Reginald Pitt

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Only suitable for soft wood

The saw arrived with missing and bent teeth but I tried it anyway. It cut through two layers of 3/4" plywood well, but I wouldn't use it for anything other than fairly soft wood. Have I actually tried this on aluminum or cast iron? NO! But judging by the way he's doing it cutting plywood I think it would be inefficient at best and dangerous at worst. The teeth are quite large and if you buy this saw be careful when you start sawing - it's best to lower the saw slowly and tilt it easily into the cut.Try to start cutting too quickly and you could break your wrist if your teeth get stuck.

Pros
  • Used for exposed cast iron panels, aluminum panels, plastic, wood
Cons
  • Not sure
