Review on Tire Michelin Primacy 3 215/55 R18 99V by Wiktor Niemiec ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I like the product, the quality didn't let me down.

I made the decision to switch the brand-new standard Hankook Ventus Prime 2 tires with Primacy 3 ZP (with reinforced sidewall). Maybe he switched the soap for the awl. Hankook didn't make it particularly noisy, so I decided to switch to Michelin. However, after putting it on, I discovered that Primacy 3 tires are also extremely noisy; the noise gets quite distinct at 80 km/h and becomes downright obnoxious at 100 km/h. Due to its dependability and the fact that it was developed in Italy at a time when standard tires (those without reinforced sidewalls) won't be produced until 2022, I specifically desired ZP (RunFlat). The weight of it, however, is the other side of the coin; when compared to a conventional tire, it is rather hefty! Naturally, this will not have the best impact on fuel efficiency and dynamics because I have a K&K alloy wheel that is significantly lighter than one such tire. Three disks were drawn during installation; the sidewalls are obviously too hard, but the blame still lies with the rookie tire fitter, who always messes up in the same spot as a lousy dancer. I haven't been too far yet, but everything is satisfactory besides the extreme noise at 80 km/hr speeds. stands on the Jetta Vl, 205/55 R16 in size. I had to fasten a weight of 40 grams to one disk since mounting a tire causes it to sit extremely firmly on the disk.

Pros
  • Quality Price
Cons
  • Noise Level Too High (RunFlat)
