When the package arrived I was a little concerned as they don't look identical to the originals. Only the processing differs slightly from the original. But they worked very well and snapped into place with a little more force than the originals. I decided to replace all 16 so they all look the same. The first photo is the original above and the new one below. The second photo shows the new ones. I would give 5 stars if they were like the originals. If it works for your OCD, go to the dealer and pay $40. Since I had a spare, I decided to check out my 2008 Toyota Highlander. Two wasn't enough, of course, and these were added to that. Happy.
