Leaks after about 1 week - O-ring problems

After replacing the old one with this one, the leakage in the sensor area became slow. The car lost about 1/3 gallon in 1 week and got a low coolant error. Upon further inspection, it was found that the new sensor o-ring was the wrong size. Must be replaced with a better one to stop the leak.
