I like how easy it is for me as an account manager or rep in my role; we can see all our clients together at one time so that they don't have any questions about who's looking into certain things! The system does not always update when you expect sometimes causing confusion amongst reps/account managers if there was something wrong but now everything has been updated again making sure everyone knows exactly where each client stands within this process.- Not much dislike yet- Maybe more clarity would be nice though (as mentioned above) especially during times were updates aren't made correctly).
Just keep going forward because once your set up right its very simple from here out!! We're able track every single customer across multiple platforms including social media channels such LinkedIn Pulse etc - This makes life easier than ever before.
