This is a continuation. I give five stars because the customer service team seller fixed the problem quickly. And I appreciate it. I will also update my review on transparent green. Many thanks to Team Fire Sale Merchant for the quick response. previous. This is a continuation of my experience with Hatchbox Transparent Green PLA Filament (read this). Less than 24 hours later, the unthinkable happens again. This time it was Hatchbox Transparent Black ABS Thread. Before leaving home I started printing on my FFCP which took just over 3 hours to print. When I return about 3 hours later, my FFCP is making a strange noise. When I stopped it to check, the line actually got tangled on the spool. Not only that, some parts of the filament on the spool were white (see 3 attached pictures). If I could give less than one star I would. Maybe I'm just unlucky that I ended up with two defective coils? I do not know. But I have a lot more hatchbox filament. So I can only hope that there are no more surprises. But this is very poor quality control. I am now skeptical about what lies ahead. As I mentioned earlier, I have many more spools of hatchbox filament. They (Hatchbox) really need to fix this problem. There's nothing worse than a tangled thread on any print, especially when you leave the house. I would like to hear an explanation of the Hatchbox. - very dissatisfied
