Review on Susan Bates 3.75in Crochet Hook Cushion Grips - Pack of 2 for Enhanced Comfort and Control by Denise Davis

I bought these for my I/5.5mm and J/6.0mm hooks. I ended up hanging them on hooks J and F. It was quite a hassle to get the big blue handle on hook J. He doesn't go off. I used a silicone bottle handle and twisted and twisted down. DOES NOT come off. Still, I use the J-Hook a lot and I really like the feel of the grip. I didn't want to try to put the green on the I hook and the green matched my green F hook and I was able to remove the handle and put on size 1 and 2 metal hooks. The size 2 green grip did not move because the flattened area of the thumb held the grip in place. They can be easily removed to attach another hook. The handles are very flexible and resemble the handles on a bicycle or exercise machine. If it feels tight I wouldn't add wooden or plastic hooks unless you can easily detach them because they can break when standing up or taking them out. I've tried them on my Boye small metal hooks and other metal hooks and they work great, in addition to my favorite Susan Bates hooks. I'm very glad I bought them and they save my hands.
