Works great so far! The tailgate and windows go up quickly and remain in place without any problems. It is recommended to have an assistant to hold and maneuver the door/window during installation. It's just tricky due to the weight of the overhead gate and the angle of the studs (not the fault of the product itself). Tailgate screws require a T40 Torx tool. These new liftgate posts do not come with the shim that was on my original 2005 Grand Cherokee Loredo liftgate post, but I was able to swap out the shims with no problem.
