I bought TWO of these spare tire lifts and the whole lift is permanently stuck! I need a backup to travel abroad for emergencies and he's getting in my way! When I bought my first lift I thought maybe I had gone over the line when raising the hoop and thought maybe the problem was that it was getting stuck and not coming back up. I bought a second one and someone was watching me lift it and before I could lift it even halfway it jammed. I was very upset that I don't have nearly $100 now. Not happy at all.
