Works but a bit patchy

The user interface was a little confusing and offered little to no troubleshooting guidance. This item worked and achieved what I needed, but with some random glitches like not reading the disc, random stop, and the external eject button on this unit doesn't work at all, which I wouldn't need to use if the player didn't stop and disappear from my computer while watching a DVD without a chance to retrieve it.
