Matte material - I really liked these rugs at first. After 6 months, the material will become matt where you step. I followed all wash and dry instructions. I even tried cleaning the matte material, it didn't work. Disappointed as color and softness are good. I contacted the manufacturer who said the warranty is one year. There have been email correspondences but they have not yet been replaced or refunded. I offered to send them back. You can see where I was refunded another color which I returned as it didn't match the bathroom. Working with mfg was a problem. I would not leave a negative review if they endorsed their product. The material must keep its shape for more than 6 months. I don't currently recommend them.
