I would recommend doing it now

Bought with track kit now I have two bottom brackets on each side. It can be a little tricky to add bottom brackets after installing the rail, at the very least you have to remove the rail ends, which can be a bit of an issue, so if you get a set of rails and are thinking about getting a set of them to add. later I would recommend doing it now.
