My daughter likes them better than our cats. I've even tried leaving them in a bag of catnip for a week or so and then taking them out. Once the catnip stopped sticking to the toy, our cats were no longer interested. My daughter pretends they are sea anemones lol. At least someone is playing with them! -- EDIT -- I've decided to change my review and rating. I decided to try tying a rope to one of the "tentacles" and hanging it up for my cat to play with. she loved it! She loves yarn and plays with this ball tied to a rope. Since I put a string on her and started playing with her, she is playing like a kitten again and she is almost 8 years old!
