Would like a little change
A nice razor sharp knife to add to my everyday work kit (6 year old novice butcher). Overall handling is great and it's light enough that 8 hours of cutting won't tire you out, but I do have one small gripe. There's nothing stopping your hand from slipping off the handle, and going from a smooth, beautiful handle to a razor-sharp edge has cut me once or twice. To counteract this, I cut a small piece of the included scabbard and glued it to the handle to act more or less as a cross. I would love to see something like this included in the series!
