These are fantastic scrapers once you know how to use them properly. You have to be careful with them as they are harder than anything and will gouge other materials without hesitation. But when used properly, they do an excellent job of cleaning gasket surfaces. I like to run them across the surface and see the original machining marks when the part was made. That's how you know he's *clean*.
