It works if you take your time to make it work
It works if you have a dremel, a thin cutting wheel and about 10 minutes. Be careful opening the old one. Only cut the sides and bottom. Cut along the sides until you reach a seal, then smack the bottom a few times. After that you can open it. Pry it open with plastic only, be careful not to use the electronics board as a lever. For a new key fob, make sure you use the screws that came with it. I had to cut a little in the new key fob to get the electronics board to fit properly. Don't try to force it closed. Make sure the board is seated.
