Seemed to make all the problems worse. Used in the winter on a 2009 Toyota Matrix with an almost empty tank of gas, then filled up (like the instructions say). Car had more trouble starting, idled much less smoothly, definitely didnt improve acceleration or anything else.Would not buy again.
