I wanted to like it that way! I was so excited to use this as I don't like having different sized cookies and my daughter who is learning to bake would love something like this as it has more cookie recommendations. IN ANY CASE. I decided to use it immediately. I took it out of the box, washed it, took the chilled cookie dough out of the fridge, put it on the tray, put it in the oven. These cookies stood at 350 for 10 minutes. Is it PU? Because these cookies were easy. not even edible at this point. I'm wondering if this product is defective or someone is replicating a product using cheaper material and selling it as a genuine Silpat rug? π€
