Review on Ember Charging Coaster 2, Black - compatible with Ember Temperature Control Smart Mug by Julian Banks

The idea of a hot drink is perfect, the mug is good but the charger is very poor. the one that came with the cup stopped charging after 8 months, i found the 2 prongs getting shorter and hiding in the ground and i had to pry them out with tweezers to make them visible again and get the necessary charging contact. I ordered a new one and again it stopped charging after 7 months with the same problem and doesn't work more times than it charged and even while charging it stopped working. I've already ordered a third one because I like the mug and its function, but as soon as any competing product comes out I will definitely switch.
